To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:
1. Repack the gift in its original packaging
2. Within 14 days of receipt, obtain a gift return number by emailing email@example.com - we will respond shortly with a return number.

4. For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. ilovethatgift.com is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
International Shipping Policy:
If you live outside the U.S. you must contact us before buying and provide us with your shipping information so that we may quote you a shipping rate to your destination. Your rate will include insurance, as it is a requirement on any item that will ship outside the U.S. Our other requirement on International Shipping is that you must be Pay Pal verified and it must be shipped to a confirmed Pay Pal address. We ask that you please allow 10 to 14 business days on international shipping, depending on your location, to receive your item, once it is shipped to you. International Shipping will be shipped by International Priority Mail. On the customs label form, we will quote the actual amount you paid for the item. Please be aware that a package received from the U.S. to any another country may require YOU TO PAY CUSTOMS TAX in your country. You are responsible for these taxes and any other import fees. We do not accept returns if you are dissatisfied with such fees and fail to claim your shipment.
